7) Calf raises

Now we’re moving down to the calves, and that’s where you will feel the exercise now. We also recommend using a chair to hold your balance in this exercise. This is how to do it:

  • Stand straight and maintain your balance on the back of the chair.
  • Bend one knee slightly and lift the other foot until you’re on your toes.
  • When the heel is raised as high as possible, go back to the initial position and repeat ten times.
  • Do the same with the opposite leg.
