They are all very lean meats that can be a part of the keto diet. Just make sure that you do not overdo it. These meats contain plenty of macro and micronutrients such as protein, iron, zinc, selenium, and vitamin B12. These meats are fantastic for building tissue and boosting your immunity. They contribute to hormone production and replenish your iron stores.
However, you’re encouraged to eat only 2 or 3 portions of red meat every week and try to choose lean cuts as much as possible. You’re not meant to eat beef, or lamb daily. Combine them with poultry and fish to make your nutrition varied and reduce the impact of red meat on your organism. Otherwise, if you overeat, they could trigger immunity problems and cardiovascular disease.
